Roles with clear responsibility

Owners and admins manage structures and integrations. Members book stock; viewers receive read-only access. Every query remains scoped to the active workspace.

Traceable movements

Put-away, removal, transfer and correction create inventory movements with time, actor and cause.

Three users including the owner are included. Pending invitations reserve a licence; additional seats cost CHF 4/month or CHF 40/year.
